Instructions For Badge Printing:
Pre-Registered Visitor
- Preregistered Visitors have to reach at the Registration counter where the Volunteers will guide them to the designated Counters for their Badge Printing.
- Visitors have to approach the Entry Pass Counter to purchase their Valid Entry Pass for all 04 Days.
On-Site Registration
- For Badge Printing, Visitors must Carry Valid Photo and address ID Proofs Like Aadhar / Passport/ PAN / Voter Id etc…
- After collecting their Entry Passes, Visitors have to reach at the Badge Printing Counter, Visitors must Carry Valid Photo and address ID Proofs Like Aadhar / Passport/ PAN / Voter Id etc… for printing their Badge.
Note: Entry Passes are available at the cost of 1,000/- Per Person
- Cloakroom Service is available at the JJS Office at the venue, Visitors can approach to avail of the Free Service.
- Visitors can use the Shuttle Service from Central Park to the JJS Venue i.e. JECC Sitapura and back.
- The last Shuttle from Central Park leaves at 5:30 P.M.
- The last Shuttle from JECC leaves at 7:30 P.M.
- For any Medical Emergencies, Visitors can approach the Medical Help Desk at the registration area.

How to reach
AIRWAYS:
Jaipur is connected to all metro cities as well as tier II cities via the Jaipur Airport located at Sanganer. The international and domestic terminal lie 7 km and 10 km away respectively from the main city. Daily domestic destinations' facility provided here are to Udaipur, Jodhpur, Pune, Indore, Aurangabad, Delhi, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Goa, Hyderabad and Bangalore. International flights connect to Dubai, Muscat and Sharjah. Chartered service to Dublin and London are also offered here.
- The main international airlines available are Etihad Airways, Oman Air and Air India Express; the popular domestic carriers available are Air India, Jet Konnect, Jet Airways, Indigo, Spice Jet, Indian Airlines, GoAir, Air Asia India and Air Costa. Taxis and buses are available readily to reach the designated destinations.
